Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order through www.paramparabiryani.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website to place orders. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Ordering Process
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an order number as confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if menu items become unavailable, if there is an error in pricing, or if we are unable to verify payment.
Orders may be placed for delivery or pickup. Delivery orders require a valid address within our serviceable area. We currently deliver within select areas of Pune including Aundh, Baner, Pashan, Balewadi, and surrounding localities.
Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the menu are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. GST at 5% (CGST 2.5% + SGST 2.5%) is applied to all orders. Delivery charges may apply based on your location and order value.
We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), online payments via Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets), and Parampara Wallet balance. All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver your order within 30-60 minutes depending on distance, order volume, and weather conditions. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from our kitchen and are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information, inaccessible locations, or the recipient being unavailable.
Cancellation & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once food preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible. For full details on our cancellation and refund process, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Wallet & Loyalty Points
Parampara Wallet allows you to add funds via Razorpay for faster checkout. Wallet balance is non-transferable and can only be used for orders on our website. Minimum top-up amount is ₹100. Wallet refunds for cancelled orders are credited instantly.
Loyalty points are earned on every direct order placed through our website. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify the loyalty programme, including earning rates and redemption values, at any time with reasonable notice.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your phone number used for sign-in. Any orders placed through your account are your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact us immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Parampara Biryani provides this website and food delivery service on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy in menu descriptions, images, and pricing, minor variations may occur. Our liability for any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or errors caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, technical issues, or force majeure events.
