What arrives.
Signature biryani in a sealed aluminium vessel, fully cooked. Half kg serves 4–5 · 1 kg serves 8–10. Prepared fresh on order, 2 hours ahead — book up to 2 days in advance.

Finish on the dum at home.
Place the sealed vessel on a low flame — low flame matters so the masala at the bottom doesn't burn. Wait until the steam pushes through the dough seal with force, not a light wisp. Half kg ~10 min · 1 kg ~15 min.

Served fresh off the dum.

Free delivery within 5 km. ₹50 for 5–8 km. We deliver up to 8 km.

35–45 minutes from the time we accept your order. Biryani is dum-cooked fresh on order.

Yes. We offer Half Kg (serves 4–5) and 1 Kg (serves 8–10) party packs. Order 2 hours to 2 days ahead — same-day party orders welcome.
