Our Story

A Legacy of Flavour

Our Legacy

A Tradition of
Slow-Cooked Perfection

Parampara was born from a simple belief — that Biryani, when made with patience and respect for tradition, becomes something far greater than a meal.

We believe in cooking the way our ancestors did. We respect every ingredient and slow cook them to perfection, imparting optimum flavour to our Biryanis.

This is not just what we do. This is what we live for.

The real challenge is to slow cook the Biryani but get it to you on time — every time.

How to Heat Your Biryani

1

Place on Low Flame

Place the sealed aluminium vessel directly on a low flame. Low flame is important — it prevents the masala layered at the bottom from burning.

2

Wait for Strong Steam

Steam will start escaping through the dough seal. Wait until the steam comes out with a bit of force — not just a light wisp. That's your sign it's ready.

3

Approximate Timings

Half kg vessel — approx 10 minutes. 1 kg vessel — approx 15 minutes. These are guides only — always go by the steam, not the clock.

🔥 The forceful steam is the real indicator — when it pushes through the dough with pressure, your Biryani is perfectly hot and ready to serve.

Celebrations

Party Orders

For gatherings and celebrations, we offer our signature Biryani in half kg (serves 4–5) and 1 kg (serves 8–10) party portions, prepared fresh on order.

Party orders are delivered in sealed aluminium vessels with traditional dough packing. Simply heat the vessel at home following the instructions — and enjoy Biryani that tastes like it just came off the dum.

Party orders require a minimum of 2 hours preparation time and can be booked up to 3 days in advance.

The chicken biryani is generous and the taste is unmatched. The slow-cooked flavours remind me of homemade biryani. Will order again and again!
