Refund & Cancellation

How to Cancel an Order

You may request cancellation of your order before food preparation has begun. To cancel, please contact us immediately by phone at +91 74209 47231 or via WhatsApp. Orders that have already been accepted and are being prepared cannot be cancelled.

If your order is cancelled by us (due to unavailability of items, kitchen closure, or delivery constraints), you will receive a full refund regardless of preparation status.

Refund Methods

Refunds are processed based on how you paid for your order:

  • Wallet payments: Refunded instantly to your Parampara Wallet balance.
  • Online payments (Razorpay): Refunded to your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account) via Razorpay.
  • Wallet + Online (split payments): The wallet portion is refunded instantly to your wallet. The online portion is refunded via Razorpay to your original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery: If payment has not been collected, no refund is needed. If payment was collected, the refund will be credited to your Parampara Wallet.

Bank processing times may vary. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds cannot be issued in the following situations:

  • Order has already been prepared or is out for delivery
  • Food has been delivered and partially or fully consumed
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer leading to failed delivery
  • Customer was unavailable at the delivery address after reasonable attempts to contact

Quality Issues

We take great pride in the quality of our food. If you receive an order that does not meet our standards — wrong items, missing items, or a quality concern — please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with photos of the issue.

After reviewing your complaint, we will offer either a replacement, a full or partial refund, or credit to your Parampara Wallet, depending on the nature of the issue. We handle each case individually and fairly.

Loyalty Points on Cancelled Orders

If loyalty points were earned on a cancelled order, those points will be automatically deducted from your balance. If you had already redeemed those points on a subsequent order, the deduction will be applied to your current balance (your balance will not go below zero).
